Veteran-founded, professional and independent. AVOSS helps Australian veterans living overseas access, establish, coordinate and manage DVA-funded support and services.
Our Origins
AVOSS — Australian Veterans Overseas Support Services — evolved from ADFV-OHS (Australian Defence Force Veterans Overseas Household Services).
ADFV-OHS was originally established to address the practical challenges Australian veterans living overseas could face in accessing and receiving DVA-funded Household Services. Through that work, it became clear that veterans overseas could face similar challenges across a broader range of DVA-funded support.
Practical experience coordinating Household Services led to the development of support for Attendant Care and a broader understanding of the challenges involved in connecting Australian DVA programs with local service delivery overseas.
AVOSS is the next evolution of that work — retaining the practical experience, relationships and veteran focus developed through ADFV-OHS while expanding the business to support veterans across a broader range of DVA-funded services.
ADFV-OHS is now AVOSS.

Our Independence
AVOSS is an independent, privately-owned Australian company. We are not part of the Australian Government, the Department of Veterans' Affairs, or any ex-service organisation. Our focus is on providing professional service management and practical assistance to Australian veterans living overseas.
