AVOSS Engagements
AVOSS conducts periodic overseas Engagements to meet Australian veterans, veteran groups and local service providers, discuss DVA-funded support and better understand the practical requirements of delivering services where veterans live.
Meeting Veterans Where They Live
AVOSS specialises in supporting Australian veterans overseas. Our Engagements provide opportunities to meet veterans in person, explain how AVOSS works, discuss individual circumstances and develop the local relationships needed to coordinate DVA-funded support effectively.
Engagements also help AVOSS understand the practical service-delivery environment in each location and establish relationships with suitable local providers, suppliers and other service partners.

Can't Meet Us in Person?
You don't need to wait for an AVOSS Engagement. AVOSS can meet Australian veterans, family members and representatives individually by Google Meet to discuss DVA-funded support and how we may be able to assist.
We can also arrange online information sessions for veteran groups, associations and other organisations interested in understanding DVA-funded support for Australian veterans living overseas.
Interested in an AVOSS Engagement in Your Area?
AVOSS develops future overseas Engagements in response to veteran interest and opportunities to support Australian veteran communities. If you are an Australian veteran living overseas, or represent a veteran group or organisation that would be interested in meeting AVOSS, contact us and let us know where you are located.
